the free airport shuttle was efficient. i found the pool clean and very safe. i felt the breakfast included with the stay was full and great.

The air conditioning was quite loud. It made it hard to sleep.

awesome airport stay!

smooth shuttle friendly staff

the airport shuttle ran so smooth. pick up was seamless! the staff at the hotel are super friendly and really accommodating to requests. my room was clean and totally comfortable.

i only got one hotel key. i needed to keep it in the wall to keep the power on. this meant my ac wasn't blasting when i entered, and it took over an hour to cool down. that was not cool.

the service was prompt with quick responses to requests and questions. the hotel staff are attentive and helpful when handling guest queries. everyone was polite and clearly committed to.

beautiful king room punctual shuttle small pool damaged equipment

the shuttle service to the airport were punctual. the beautiful king room balcony was clean with a good air conditioning. these things are positive for me. i found the restaurant to have tasty food, and staff are friendly to guest. the rooms felt comfort.

the gym look not very well maintained. i saw some equipment with damaged upholstery. the pool, it seemed smaller than i imagined from pictures. the area around not good for walking.
