the airport shuttle ran so smooth. pick up was seamless! the staff at the hotel are super friendly and really accommodating to requests. my room was clean and totally comfortable.
i only got one hotel key. i needed to keep it in the wall to keep the power on. this meant my ac wasn't blasting when i entered, and it took over an hour to cool down. that was not cool.

the shuttle service to the airport were punctual. the beautiful king room balcony was clean with a good air conditioning. these things are positive for me. i found the restaurant to have tasty food, and staff are friendly to guest. the rooms felt comfort.
the gym look not very well maintained. i saw some equipment with damaged upholstery. the pool, it seemed smaller than i imagined from pictures. the area around not good for walking.
